Little Nashville Opry Country Music Venue destroyed by a fire Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009
The owners and the community worked to re-locate 2009 shows for ticket holders.
Friday Night Opry was cancelled as musicians lost instruments in the fire, but in 2010 the band came together and is performed at various locations,
including Mike's Music & Dance Barn on St. Rd. 46 just west of Little Nashville.
In 2012 the opry property was purchased. New owners hope to begin to re-build in 2013.
The Opry has been located near Nashville
in Brown County Indiana. since the 1970's.
